Web Form Creation while serving as Marketing Operations Manager for Berry College

My Role: Advancement Marketing Operations Manager at Berry College. I oversee the creation of web forms using platforms like WebConnex and FormAssembly, ensuring they align with the branding and messaging guidelines of Berry College. Additionally, I am currently managing the transition to a new product, Classy, for event registrations and giving forms, while still utilizing FormAssembly for other form needs across various departments on campus.
Project Summary: In my role as the Advancement Marketing Operations Manager at Berry College, I oversee the creation of web forms using platforms like WebConnex and FormAssembly. Web forms serve as essential tools for collecting various types of data, from contact information to event registrations and donations. These forms are crucial for communication with prospects, decision-making, process improvement, and revenue generation.
The Challenge: The challenge lies in creating efficient and user-friendly web forms that effectively collect the required data while aligning with the branding and messaging guidelines of Berry College. This includes incorporating input fields, ensuring a clean layout, maintaining branding consistency, and providing clear and helpful content.
Solution: To address these challenges, I meticulously design each form, considering factors such as input fields, layout, branding elements, and content clarity. I ensure that the forms are logically structured, mobile-optimized, and adhere to accessibility standards. Additionally, I implement features like required fields, validation, and conditional logic to enhance usability and data accuracy.
Results: The web forms I create for Berry College have streamlined data collection processes across various departments, including Advancement, Student Activities, and more. These forms have facilitated contact and lead generation, online donations, event registrations, and feedback collection. Moving forward, the transition to Classy for event registrations and giving forms will further enhance efficiency and user experience, as well as better integrate with our CRM, Salesforce. My ongoing efforts in form creation contribute to the overall success of data-driven initiatives at Berry College.
